Peter joined the Group in 2008 and in 2010 took on the role of Chief Executive of the Australia and New Zealand region. From 1 July 2017, Peter was appointed Chief Executive of the Asia Pacific region. During his time with the Company, Peter has led the successful relaunch of a2MC branded milk in the Australian market and has been instrumental in establishing the a2 Platinum™ infant formula brand in Australia.

Peter has over 20 years’ experience working in the FMCG industry, as evidenced by his previous senior marketing and sales roles for Gillette and Colgate Palmolive in Australia and Asia, as well as his involvement with Freedom Foods Group Limited as General Manager.

Prior to founding Civic Financial, Mark has held some of the most senior executive, management and editing roles at Fairfax Media. He was Victorian Publisher of Fairfax Media, the company’s most senior Victorian media executive and a member of the executive leadership team running The Age, the Australian Financial Review and The Sydney Morning Herald mastheads across print and digital.Mark is a former Business Editor of both The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald, and in 2012 was appointed National Business Editor of all of Fairfax Media’s metro mastheads. It was under his editorship that The Age and SMH published the news stories that would ultimately lead to the Hayne Financial Services Royal Commission.

Prior to joining The Age in 2004, Mark spent seven years in the United Kingdom, working for some of the world’s most respected financial and magazine publishing companies.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, literature and economics from Monash University in Melbourne.

Benjamin is a digital marketer and researcher with extensive knowledge in Chinese digital marketing. Benjamin’s main research interest is on Chinese digital landscape and online consumer behaviour. He helps many clients conduct and analyse market research to give them the strategic intelligence they need to make smarter decisions. Doing business in Greater China can be rewarding, but it is also often complex and challenging. Success in the region requires commitment, local knowledge and adaptability. As a certified Digital Marketer and qualified trainer, he is working with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with them to identify digital opportunities, and navigate an implementation path to deliver business value. Benjamin is very much a Digital Sherpa, loves working with clients to turn possibilities into reality.

Steven Foo is the Head of Asia Business Development in Australia Post’s Parcels Services business. In this role Steven is responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with international eCommerce providers and marketplaces.

Steven’s senior executive management career spans more than 20 years across a range of industries including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and business and sales operations and includes roles with multinational companies including SITA, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent. Steven has extensive experience managing international teams, particularly in the Asia Pacific, China and Australasia regions.

Steven is also on the Board of Directors of Sai Cheng Logistics International – a joint venture between Australia Post and China Post, headquartered in Shanghai. The joint venture has been operating successfully since 2005 as a third-party integrated logistics business supporting a number of industries in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer segments.

Steven is also currently an advisory board member of LaTrobe University supporting its Asia expansion strategy.
